Welcome to Time Pe, a mobile application designed to help patients manage their waiting time and enable doctors to organize their schedules efficiently. By accessing or using the app, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Definitions

• “App” or “Time Pe” refers to the Time Pe mobile application and platform.
• “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the creators and operators of the Time Pe platform.
• “User” refers to any individual using the app, whether a patient or a doctor.
• “Clinic Partner” refers to clinics or doctors using the doctor-side features of the app.

2. Eligibility

To use Time Pe, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent).
• Provide a valid phone number for OTP-based login.
• Agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. App Usage Guidelines

For Patients:

• You may join queues, track estimated wait time, receive notifications, and manage your booking.
• Do not misuse the platform by booking fake appointments or using someone else’s details.

For Doctors / Clinics:

• You may manage schedules, update patient status, take breaks, and message waiting patients.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your clinic hours and queue management.

4. No Medical Advice

Time Pe is a queue and time management tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or consultations. All medical interactions are the sole responsibility of the doctor/clinic.

5. Account & Data Security

• Your account is secured using OTP-based login.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree not to impersonate another user or provide false information.

6. Communication

By using the app, you consent to receive:

• Transactional alerts and reminders (SMS, push notifications, or calls)
• Important updates about app functionality or terms
• Optional surveys or service improvement requests

7. Fees and Payments

• Time Pe is currently free for all patients.
• Clinic Partners may be subject to subscription fees or premium plans in the future, which will be communicated in advance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the app—including logos, designs, text, icons, and code—is owned by or licensed to Time Pe. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Time Pe is not liable for:

• Any delays, miscommunications, or cancellations between you and the clinic.
• Any medical outcomes, treatments, or health conditions.
• Any loss, damages, or injuries resulting from misuse or reliance on the app.

10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Misuses or abuses the app
• Attempts to interfere with the functioning of the app or harass others

11. Third-Party Services

Time Pe may integrate or link to third-party tools or messaging platforms. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or content of such services.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. If we make major changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

1. Legal Basis

These terms are governed by:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000
• The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (for clinic subscriptions)
• Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (in principle, pending full enforcement)

2. User Eligibility

To use the app, you must:

3. App Use

Patients can:

• Join queues, track time, reschedule, and cancel
• Receive real-time updates

Doctors can:

All logos, icons, code, and designs are the property of Time Pe and may not be reused or copied without written permission.

5. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

• Delays, no-shows, or appointment changes
• Any medical advice, consultation, or outcome
• Loss of data caused by third-party disruptions

Time Pe is a queue and scheduling tool only—not a healthcare or diagnostic platform.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You provide false info or impersonate someone else
• You misuse the app or violate terms
• We are legally obligated to suspend access

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by Indian law, and courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
